Account Executive - Outside Sales


Job Summary

An Account Executive defines superior service to brokers and all internal customers. You understand that this is more than just having and managing a book of business. You will achieve both the sales goals and service levels of the organization by developing and maintaining strong partnerships and always striving to exceed expectations.

  • Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals
  • Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships through face-to-face visits and constant touch point engagements
  • Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry
  • Bring on your existing brokers and ensure they are properly trained
  • Provide best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
  • Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes

 

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience as a Wholesale Account Executive required.
  • Sales guru motivated to always meet or exceed goals and expectations
  • Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business while also focused on how to continually nurture current business 
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment 
  • Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and close the deal.
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and influencing skills.
  • Empathetic to the customer experience and able to flex to various audiences.
  • Possess strong initiative.
