- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Boulder, CO
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break
- Work schedule is slightly negotiable. 50% of the work can be done asynchronously, but we would want someone who can be available on SOME days during U.S. time zones

Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven marketing operations professional with 5+ years of experience to own and optimize our conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy and execution, with deep expertise in Hubspot. This role does not include direct reports but requires strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about increasing conversion rate through looking at each step in the consumer journey and optimizing it to drive revenue. They will be responsible for improving our marketing automation systems, optimizing conversion pathways, and providing actionable insights through data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Optimize landing pages, website forms, and user experiences to maximize lead capture and conversions.
• Own and optimize marketing technology stack, including Hubspot CRM, email automation, and lead nurturing systems.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve marketing efficiency and lead conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation and workflow improvements. Campaign Performance & Analytics
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance for lead generation activities including paid campaigns, email nurturing, and other B2C and B2B activities.
• Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into marketing efforts.
• Measure ROI of marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing programs and technology investments.
Sales Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead handoff processes and enhance lead quality.
• Gather sales feedback to refine marketing strategies and optimize customer journey touchpoints.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay up to date on best practices and new marketing technologies to improve lead generation conversion and drive efficiencies.
• Recommend and implement new tools or processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience in conversion rate optimization and proven results in optimizing lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Hubspot to include Knowledge Base, including setting up campaigns, email nurturing, importing and curating customer lists, designing forms to embed in social media and websites.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing, UX optimization, and form enhancements.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
