Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven track record of success in B2B sales, showcasing experience in a sales or business development role. 
  • Preference for experience selling technology or software. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients effectively.
  • Persuasive negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets and overall business objectives consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools for managing leads, opportunities, and pipelines efficiently. 
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment, coupled with industry knowledge.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business clients within target industries or markets to generate leads. 
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking to attract prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize opportunities for further engagement effectively. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to gather information about potential clients' business challenges and goals. 
  • Present tailored solutions and product offerings that align with clients' specific needs and objectives. 
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to establish rapport and trust. 
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base successfully.
