Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in AI automation to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs, along with experience in integrating AI models and automation tools within Salesforce. This role is critical for enhancing business operations through seamless
integrations and AI-driven automation.
  • Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Implement AI models and automation tools within Salesforce to enhance business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and tools like Zapier.
  • Develop and maintain complex workflows and business processes.
  • Create custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues, identifying root causes and developing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve CRM challenges.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for users to track progress and performance.

Requirements
Requirements/ Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with AI models and automation tools within Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in API integrations, data management, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with third-party integration tools like Zapier.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Job Details:
  • Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (AEST) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
