We’re looking for a Senior Account Director - someone with deep experience in digital marketing, who thrives in a leadership role and loves working closely with clients and a team. 

You’ll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, increasing cross-sell opportunities, and reducing churn, all while leading a team of five account managers.

More specifically, you will:

📊 Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients
👥 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers
📈 Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services
🤝 Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
📝 Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals
📊 Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis
🚀 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes

Your  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be : 

👥 Client retention rate of 90%+

📈 Year over year revenue growth from existing clients of 20%+ 

📊 Referrals generated from 10%+ of existing clients

🚀 Client satisfaction score of excellent for 85+%

🤝 Account service department holds an educational event every month to advance the team’s knowledge in our niche

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, and we’d love for you to have as much overlap with EST as possible, ideally working until at least 2-3 PM EST.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 7+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a leadership role
✅ Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue.

✅ Experience working with US Clients
✅ Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
✅ Experience managing and motivating a team
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success
✅ Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics.

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience in media planning and data-driven marketing strategies
⭐ Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics, and CRM software
⭐ Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries
⭐ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
