Job Purpose

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Manager, Partnerships/Commercial Counsel will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, driving high-impact partnerships and transactions that support growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. This position will draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of agreements, ensuring the company’s interests are protected while enabling business success.


Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including sales contracts, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements.

  • Provide practical, business-focused legal counsel to sales, partnerships, marketing, and product teams on contract structures, risk assessment, and deal execution.

  • Lead negotiations for strategic partnerships with enterprise customers.

  • Develop and implement efficient contracting processes to support scalable growth while mitigating risk.

  • Advise on intellectual property considerations in transactions, including licensing, ownership rights, and content collaborations.

  • Support go-to-market initiatives by ensuring that legal frameworks align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay ahead of legal developments in commercial, technology, and IP law, providing proactive guidance to leadership.
