Job Description:

The Project Manager 3 acts a project manager for the IRIS modernization project project - a large multi-year project to replace a mission critical and highly automated case management system used by over 300 staff. The project manager, under direction of the DVR IT Manager, helps:

Identify project goals, needs, and scope
Plan and monitor tasks throught the project
Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and on budget
Identify and manage resources needed to complete the project
Develop communications plans and maintain communication between project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors
Removal blockers and barriers to project success
Ensure a quality deliverable
