Morphisec is the trusted global leader in prevention-first Anti-Ransomware protection, redefining cybersecurity with our industry-leading Automated Moving Target Defense (AMTD) technology.

Over 7,000 organizations trust our solutions to protect more than 9 million endpoints worldwide, stopping 100% of ransomware attacks at the endpoint and safeguarding businesses against the most advanced and dangerous threats, including zero-day exploits and ransomware.

At Morphisec, we don’t just fortify defenses — we proactively prevent attacks before they happen, delivering unmatched protection and peace of mind to our customers.

With our Ransomware-Free Guarantee and commitment to Preemptive Cyber Defense, we set the standard for accountability and innovation in the fight against modern cybercrime.

As a rapidly growing company, we are dedicated to empowering security professionals and organizations to adapt, protect, and defend against ever-evolving threats.

Join us in shaping the future of cybersecurity with prevention-first strategies and unparalleled expertise.

Position Overview:

Morphisec is seeking a driven and dynamic Senior Account Executive (AE) with a strong channel background to expand our footprint in multiple territories Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, and Miami.

This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned sales professional ready to make an impact with a disruptive cybersecurity provider. You will close business with 2,500-20,000+ employees, leveraging established channel partnerships and your network of security executives.

Morphisec is a complementary solution to EDR strategies, serving as the last line of defense against advanced threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing large-scale deals with enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, insurance, and more.
  • Channel Collaboration: Work closely with Morphisec's trusted channel partners, ensuring joint success in navigating complex sales cycles and building a strong pipeline.
  • Executive Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, VPs of Security, etc.) in the region, helping them understand how Morphisec complements their existing security infrastructure (EDR/AV/EPP) to create an impenetrable last line of defense.
  • Complex Sales Management: Guide prospects through sales cycles using a consultative, high-touch approach, ensuring a tailored solution for their specific security needs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other internal teams to ensure alignment and success across the sales process.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in cybersecurity, information security, or IT infrastructure sales, with at least 5 years specifically in the cybersecurity space.
  • Proven success selling endpoint protection, threat detection, or DLP technology, especially within Series A, B, or C startups.
  • Strong track record of closing six-figure deals within enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working closely with channel partners, understanding the value of a Channel First approach, and leveraging these relationships to drive sales.
  • Active in the CISO community, with a deep network of cybersecurity executives (CISOs, VP-level security professionals) and the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers.
  • Integrity, intensity, and intelligence—the 3 I’s that define success in our team-oriented environment.
