Bank Onboarding Coordinator (US based, Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated Bank Onboarding Coordinator to facilitate the onboarding of banking partners by assessing and documenting their technical capabilities. You will play a critical role in understanding banks' infrastructure, including SWIFT connectivity, host-to-host integrations, and APIs for bank balance reporting, payments, and other financial services. Your findings will directly support our technical team in building robust integrations.

What You Will Do: 


  • Engage with banks to assess their technical infrastructure, including SWIFT, host-to-host connections, and APIs.
  • Gather and document bank capabilities regarding balance reporting, payments, and other banking services.
  • Serve as a liaison between banks and internal technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of integrations.
  • Maintain and update a centralized repository of banking technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to optimize bank onboarding processes.
  • Ensure all integrations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insights on banking trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fintech and treasury management systems.

Specific Experience for the Role:


  • 3+ years of experience in banking, fintech, treasury management systems, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of bank connectivity solutions, including SWIFT, APIs, and host-to-host connections.
  • Experience working with banks on technical integrations, treasury services, or payments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical information and relay it effectively to internal teams.
  • Fluency in one or more common ASEAN languages (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a fintech or treasury management system provider is a plus.

Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus
