Modivcare is looking for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team! This position is responsible for acting as a strategic partner to business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) teams, driving talent initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Talent Advisor will execute end-to-end talent strategies, enhance employee experience, and deliver innovative solutions to unlock the full potential of the workforce. This role requires strong consulting, analytical, and talent expertise to design and implement P&C strategies, build leadership capabilities, and promote a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance.

Strategic Talent Partnering:
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and on talent initiatives, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Collaborates with service lines and shares services organizations to define goals and develop talent strategies that support long-term objectives.
  • Provides strategic direction for recruiting, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partners closely with People & Culture Centers of Excellence, ensuring continuous feedback loops to ensure alignment and effective delivery of P&C initiatives.

Talent Development and Engagement:
  • Facilitates leadership workshops, team development sessions, and executive coaching engagements.
  • Drives talent management processes, including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Uses data-driven insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and workforce performance.

Change Management and Organizational Design:
  • Designs and implements change management strategies to support organizational transformation and culture change.
  • Partners with leaders to create innovative solutions that address unique business challenges.

Analytics and Reporting:
  • Leverages workforce analytics to inform talent strategies and measure the effectiveness of P&C interventions.
  • Defines and acts on key metrics such as retention, promotion, and employee satisfaction.

Program Implementation:
  • Develops and executes talent development plans, ensuring alignment with corporate P&C policies and procedures.
  • Leads initiatives that enhance manager and leader capabilities and drive organizational performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Ten (10) plus years of HR experience, including roles in talent management, organizational development, or consulting.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering development interventions, team workshops, and change management strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative talent solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and execution within a fast-paced, evolving organization.

Salary: $133,300 - $179,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
