Early Career Apprentice Program

Want to work in your field and train on the job? Join our 12–24-month apprentice program! You will earn and learn on the job, receive career guidance and mentorship, all while attending school. Allstate will also provide tuition assistance and hands-on training in the field of Strategy & Operations.
 

This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in strategy and operations at Allstate. Here, we drive innovation and process optimization to improve business outcomes. Your 12–24-month program will expose you to projects that impact the organization at a high level. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience and insight into strategic decision-making, process analysis, and business operations. Job Qualifications Education: Must currently be pursuing a n Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or other relevant fields. Candidates selected for prescreening will be required to submit an unofficial transcript.

Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing business components, supporting strategic objectives, and enhancing operational efficiency. You’ll:

  • Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights for business processes.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing small projects.
  • Support strategic initiatives by contributing to business cases, execution roadmaps, and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.
  • Develop and optimize processes to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Help track and measure business outcomes through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide documentation and support for process changes and business improvements.


Compensation: As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $25. Benefits are also available.
