Our opportunity:

We’re looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager who can translate our powerful automation solutions into business-driven messaging that resonates with customers across industries.

In this role, you’ll develop positioning, industry-specific storytelling, and competitive insights to drive adoption and differentiation in the automation space. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and field marketing teams to create high-impact content, enablement tools, and marketing campaigns that make an impact. Who you’ll report to:

This role reports to our Sr. Director, Product and Solutions Marketing

Location: 

Remote role - ability to work within any U.S time zone

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Solution Positioning & Messaging

  • Translate complex automation capabilities into clear, business-relevant messaging that resonates with enterprise customers
  • Develop solution briefs, whitepapers, and messaging frameworks to articulate value propositions effectively

Sales Enablement & GTM Execution

  • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive insights, to equip sales teams for success
  • Partner with sales and field marketing to execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for key solutions

Industry-Specific Storytelling

  • Craft compelling narratives tailored for industries such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing
  • Develop case studies, use cases, and industry-focused content to showcase automation’s impact

Content & Collateral Development

  • Own the development of solution pages, one-pagers, customer stories, and other marketing assets to support demand generation
  • Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft) to refine positioning and differentiation
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Automation Anywhere’s competitive edge

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and field marketing teams to align messaging, ensure execution, and drive product adoption
  • Influence roadmap decisions based on customer feedback and market insights

Metrics & Impact Measurement

  • Define and track KPIs for solution launches, campaign effectiveness, and sales enablement adoption
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product/Solutions Marketer required, at a fast-growing software company preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA would be ideal
  • Experience in artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning or business process management software required, in the enterprise space is a big plus
  • Have an experienced understanding of how a sales organization is structured, motivated, inspired and incented
  • Have a “board room presence” in the way they present, manage business challenges and how they work with their counterparts and the executive team
  • Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems
  • Have a deep understanding of and experience in creating buyer and influencer need, the buyer’s journey and targeting

  • Storyteller: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical and business audiences
  • Sales Enablement Pro: Strong track record of developing high-impact sales tools and GTM strategies
  • Industry-Savvy: Understanding of automation use cases across industries like financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing
  • Analytical Thinker: Comfortable with market research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking
  • Collaborator: Excellent cross-functional communication skills to work across sales, product, and marketing teams

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $155,000 – $170,000 and outside of those locations is $145,000 – 160,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
