🎭 Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be driving implementation projects with our partners. You are the technical expert of our products and will support our partners on their journey implementing our products from initial design and scoping until launch. Furthermore you will support our partners on any (technical) issues that they may face on their integrations. We have just started to build this capability and thus a large part of the role is to build and improve the processes that will lead to quality and efficient delivery of implementation projects.

📽 Responsibilities

• Technical expertise: Apply technical expertise to develop robust and scalable solutions for seamless new partner integrations, adhering to best practices. Solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations.
• Project Management: Combine project management expertise with technical consulting capabilities to ensure successful execution and maintain the technical quality of merchant integration projects. 
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, engineering, risk, marketing, sales, legal and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner integrations.
• Trusted advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and senior leaders, addressing all their integration-related inquiries with outstanding communication and persuasive abilities. Focus energy and  expertise into actions that directly resonate with and benefit the customer.
• Pioneer: Take the lead in navigating uncharted territories by implementing a product for the first time while enhancing and developing internal processes and resources. Liaise with our product and engineering teams to come to effective quality solutions for our partners.

• Track record of consultative professional experience as a Solutions Engineer or other technical role.
• Strong aptitude for mastering new technologies, analyzing complex systems, and continuously expanding technical knowledge. Experience with implementation of API based solutions. 
• Proficiency with various programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, Python, Ruby) would be a plus as well as web technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication.
• Motivated and capable of high standards and speed in a high growth, early stage environment.
• It is a big plus to have a proven track record in fintech, supporting partners on successfully embedding financial solutions into their platform.

This is a US based role.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $196,000-$235,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Pipe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
