We’re filling this role for a client – A Men’s reproductive health and fertility supplement brand

Job Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to build a category-defining, science-backed brand dedicated to male reproductive health and fertility — an underserved but urgent issue.

We have spent the past two years developing product and brand assets, conducting extensive research, and ensuring our new CEO has ample runway to shape the brand’s growth strategy. We believe the most transformative leaders are those whose personal motivations align with the mission they serve. Our ideal CEO deeply understands the importance of male reproductive health, whether through personal experience or professional expertise.

The Company

Global Fertility Rates Have Been Declining - and Men Are Half the Problem.

  • Men are solely responsible for 20-30% of all infertility cases, and jointly responsible for 40-50% of all infertility cases.

  • A large-scale study has shown that average testosterone levels dropped over 10% between 2006 and 2019 across almost every age category.

  • Average sperm concentration has also declined by 59% from the 1970s to the 2010s.

For Too Long, Society Has Ignored Male Reproductive Health as a Taboo Subject. This is the first-ever men’s health and fertility supplement brand designed for men, by men.

About you

We’re looking for a leader whose passion stems from one or more of the following:

Personal Connection to Male Reproductive Health

  • You have personally faced challenges related to reproductive health, testosterone levels, or fertility.

  • You understand the stigma and emotional weight of male fertility issues and want to be part of the solution.

Startup Leadership in Consumer Health & Wellness

  • You’ve been a founder, co-founder, or early executive at a health and wellness CPG startup, particularly in supplements, fertility, or hormonal health.

Experience in the Men’s Health or Supplement Industry

  • You have worked in the health and wellness space, particularly in supplements, reproductive health, or men’s health.

  • You are familiar with the nutraceuticals market, regulatory landscape, and customer behavior in the space.

Passion for Consumer Health and Wellness Innovation

  • You have experience identifying white space in health and wellness and bringing category-defining products to market.

  • You are excited about shifting cultural narratives and educating men about their reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and Execute a Bold Vision: Build and evolve the strategic roadmap.

  • Design and Drive a Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the DTC launch and retail expansion into major chains like Target and CVS.

  • Represent the Brand: Be the public face of male reproductive health, leading media engagements and partnerships.

  • Build and Scale the Brand: Establish a community-driven brand identity that resonates with modern men.

  • Lead with Data-Driven Decisions: Use consumer insights, industry trends, and performance metrics to shape strategy.

  • Recruit and Build a High-Performing Team: Attract top talent and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
