This is a remote position.

Job Title: ZOHO Associate Manager – HR Products

Experience: 3 to 5 Years in ZOHO HR Products (ZOHO People, Recruit, and Payroll)

Location: Work from Home (Remote)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a ZOHO Associate Manager with expertise in ZOHO People, Recruit, and Payroll to enhance our HR operations and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize ZOHO People, Recruit, and Payroll for seamless HR operations.
  • Configure, customize, and troubleshoot ZOHO HR Suite based on business requirements.
  • Assist in implementing and automating HR workflows using ZOHO HR Products.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on ZOHO HRM software.
  • Handle ZOHO Payroll setup, salary processing, compliance, and integrations.
  • Manage recruitment workflows via ZOHO Recruit, including candidate tracking, job postings, and interview scheduling.
  • Generate reports and analytics for HR insights using ZOHO People.
  • Stay updated with ZOHO HR Tech advancements and recommend process improvements.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ZOHO People, ZOHO Recruit, and ZOHO Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll compliance, and recruitment automation.
  • Ability to configure and customize ZOHO HR products as per business needs.
  • Experience in generating reports, analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and training skills to guide teams on ZOHO tools.
  • Prior experience in HR Tech implementation will be an added advantage.
