UI/UX Designer & Developer

Are you a designer who likes to code, build an

The ideal candidate will have:

· Any Graduation/ Engineering Degree (preferably computer science)/MCA or relevant experience

· 4-5 years hands-on UI/UX design and development in-depth experience with rich template-based designs and web design, usability and development best practices with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (Bootstrap), jQuery, AngularJS, CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS)

· Responsive cross-browser and cross-platform design, mobile experience, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), color theory, graphic design, mockups and prototyping, testing / debugging and building from concept to deployment

· Ability to convert static content into engaging interactive experiences

· Sound experience in content management tools.

· Knowledge of web content management systems, like Adobe Experience Manager, required

· Experience using Git / Bitbucket

· Solid grasp of user-centric design, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, usability and accessibility concerns

· Ability to take decisions and suggest alternatives with the changing priorities

· Experience working with brand and/or design guidelines

· Experience with Typescript and static type checking methodologies

· Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions

· Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete designs

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self-starter

· Good relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with internal marketing and communication teams
