What Internships Are Available?


One internship opportunity is available in our Travel Operations Department. 


What are the Job Responsibilities?


The intern will provide support to the travel operations team as it relates to the travel and management of technical crews for sports, entertainment, and other live events. This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will consist of: 

  1. Support Travel Billing Specialists with travel reconciliation, including but not limited to hotel folios and transportation receipts.
  2. Assist with managing and booking travel requests for technical crews, including airfare, hotel, and rental car bookings.
  3. Assist with organizing traveler profile maintenance across systems and monitoring unused airline tickets, miles, and credits. 
  4. Ensure work is on schedule and meets internal and client deadlines.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Internship?


1. Temporary employment from 5/19/25 - 8/15/25 – some flexibility to start & end date based on student’s schedule

2. 20-hour work week Monday–Friday, a schedule will be mutually agreed upon

3. $20.00 / hour

4. Students and recent graduates may apply

5. Interns do not meet the eligibility requirements for company benefits

6. Dress code is smart casual

7. Desktop or laptop computer will be provided

8. Remote work arrangements (if applicable, with home internet and cell phone stipend)

3. Years in school: completed at least 2 years at an accredited college or university

4. Detailed oriented and organized 

5. Team player

6. Strong analytical skills
