Address:

The Senior Endpoint Engineer manages all Microsoft Windows endpoints, corporate mobile devices, and related policies.  The role requires leadership qualities to guide the team and independently build, support and automate a large, multiunit, cloud-based environment across U.S. and Latin America regions.  This role utilizes best practices for the architecture, organization, tooling, and automation of end-user computer devices and related Microsoft Windows technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, review, and optimization of the Microsoft Intune organization and related Windows Autopilot setup, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for Microsoft 365 tenant administration and management
• Act as a technical mentor to internal teams, ensuring they gain skills necessary to support Intune and Windows
• Assess the current endpoint management environment, identify gaps, and implement improvements
• Provide day-to-day operational support and advisory services to the Engineering and Production Support teams

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the following:

• Microsoft Intune Azure Tenancy
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Microsoft 365 Security Solutions
• Active Directory Management (on-premises and Azure)
• Solutions for monitoring and managing configurations
• Microsoft Windows 11 in a managed, hybrid workplace
• Software packages and device driver distribution via Intune

• Develop and execute test plans to validate policy and system performance
• Observe deployment methodology and change management principles
• Provide strategic advice on device and user policy, endpoint security, and asset lifecycle
• Manage technology initiatives and collaborate with in-house peers for engineering and architecture

• Produce detailed-level technology plans, testing documentation, support and field services runbooks

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ year IT infrastructure experience, preferably from a multi-location, international organization with remote workforce
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
