Why This Role Exists 

 

This role is dedicated to conceptualizing and executing ad hoc social media campaigns that drive engagement, tell compelling brand stories, and deliver tangible results. You will be responsible for crafting strategic campaign pitches, developing high-impact messaging, and producing engaging social media content across multiple formats—including static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels/TikToks. 

 

What the Role Covers 

 

Ad Hoc Campaign Development & Execution (80%) 

  • Lead the ideation and execution of ad hoc social media campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives. 
  • Develop pitch materials to sell campaign ideas, including message houses, content strategies, and creative direction. 
  • Craft and oversee social media content—static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels/TikToks—ensuring each piece fits the campaign vision and platform best practices. 
  • Develop content concepts, shot lists, and scripts for Reels/TikTok to ensure high-quality storytelling and engagement. 
  • Coordinate and guide content production teams, from initial concept to final execution. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future efforts based on insights and learnings. 

Creator Outreach, Briefing & Material Development 

  • Identify and filter appropriate creators or KOLs who align with the campaign’s objectives and brand voice. 
  • Develop creator briefs and guide them in producing content that meets client expectations. 
  • Ensure creator-generated content is brand-aligned, engaging, and meets platform best practices. 
  • Manage ongoing communication and partnerships with creators throughout the campaign. 

Event Coverage & Content Creation (20%) 

  • Cover approximately five (5) key events annually, capturing real-time content for IG/FB Stories, Event Recap Reels, and static posts. 
  • Conduct on-site shooting and interviews, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned storytelling. 
  • Manage post-event content creation, including editing or guiding editors to produce high-quality recap videos and social media posts. 
  • Travel may be required for event coverage, including overnight stays for locations outside Metro Manila. 

Client Communication & Buy-In 

  • Effectively communicate campaign ideas to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment. 
  • Secure client buy-in by presenting well-thought-out strategies, creative concepts, and execution plans. 
  • Incorporate client feedback seamlessly, making necessary revisions while ensuring the integrity of the campaign vision. 
  • Maintain professional and timely communication to manage expectations and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle. 

Required Skills & Expertise 

  • Social Media Strategy & Campaign Development – Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful ad hoc campaigns. 
  • Content Production – Skilled in developing shot lists, scripts, and creative concepts for Reels/TikTok. 
  • Creator & KOL Management – Experience in identifying, briefing, and guiding creators for campaign execution. 
  • On-Site Event Coverage – Ability to shoot, interview, and produce event recap content. 
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management – Strong presentation and negotiation skills to secure buy-in and integrate feedback effectively. 
  • Video Editing & Direction – Proficient in guiding editors and editing content via CapCut. 
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – Ability to analyze campaign results and apply insights for future improvements. 

Reporting Structure 

This role reports to the Regional Social Media Lead and collaborates closely with the creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.
