About the role.
Jabra Hearing is looking for a Senior UX Writer & Content Strategist to innovate the experience of treating hearing loss. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will serve as the voice of our product to the customer, linking product features and benefits to their needs. In this role, you’ll be a cross-functional member of the agile Growth Team consisting of product managers, designers, and engineers. Together you will define and implement the content strategy across our website, supporting the pre-purchase experience in helping customers understand their hearing loss and identify the right solution for them. With a focus on user experience, this role requires the ability to craft compelling and user-centered copy that guides users through our website, while also contributing to the overall content strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Key goals for this role include building a world-class consumer-facing user experience, driving increased conversion rates on key product pages via A/B tests, and driving higher feature adoption rates.
