Job Description:
As a Senior Recruiter at Talent Shore, you will be crucial in driving our recruitment initiatives and enhancing
our client relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and a
proven track record in managing client engagements. You will oversee the recruitment process from start to
finish, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs and
provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Management: Working alongside the Resource Team, oversee the candidate journey, from initial application review to onboarding,
ensuring a smooth and professional process.
Interview Preparation: Equip candidates with the necessary tools and knowledge for successful interviews,
including briefing sessions and material support.
Candidate Sourcing: In exceptional cases, take an active role in sourcing candidates directly, complementing
the efforts of Talent Shore’s outreach program.
Talent Matching: Expertly match candidates to roles that fit their skills and career aspirations, enhancing job
satisfaction and retention rates.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve our recruitment practices and procedures to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment role, with at least 1 year in a senior capacity.
Skills: Great energy with clients, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage and resolve challenges
swiftly and effectively.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and current hiring trends.
Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, hard-working, a team player, and a robust ethical framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR).
Familiarity with UK and South African labour markets and employment laws.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
