Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales operations team, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Develop and implement strategic sales operations plans to support business goals
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of sales processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall business objectives
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and goal-setting activities
  • Optimize CRM and other sales-related software to improve team productivity
  • Lead the implementation of sales automation tools and technologies
  • Provide sales teams with timely and accurate information, tools, and resources


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Leader or in a similar sales operations role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing sales performance
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and technologies
