We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. Your focus will be on improving sales productivity and effectiveness by implementing sales enablement strategies and programs. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs, sales methodologies, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and materials to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Create and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral, playbooks, and sales enablement resources.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and sales materials.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM, sales automation, and content management systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments of sales performance and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and operations, to gather insights and provide feedback on sales needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, methodologies, and tools based on industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and sales enablement best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Enablement Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation, content management systems).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales alignment principles.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for training and sales meetings.
