Job description

We need 2 End to End Recruitment Specialists to join our firm as soon as possible.

The role will be responsible for conducting Recruitment from:

Understand the Job Requirements
Posting the Job on all available platforms
Conducting Active and Passive Sourcing
Reviewing/Screening Candidate Profiles
Conducting Interviews (phone, online)
Creating and Sending Interview Summaries/Endorsements
Following Through the Process up to Client Interviews/Exams
Assisting the Candidate to ensure selected ones push through onboarding with clients

To qualify, you must be:

A recruiter with at least 3 years of experience hiring for Corporate and Technical/IT Roles
Willing and Able to work remotely, preferrably with his/her own laptop/desktop already
Coming with working knowledge on Job Boards such as

LinkedIn
FoundIt/Monster
Jobstreet
Manatal (preferred)
Indeed
Facebook/Social Media

Good to received the publish salary with unlimited commissions based on performance
Ideally coming from a recruitment agency/firm
Preferably have worked with start ups or small companies
