As a HR Analyst you will work closely with the HRIS Manager in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday. You will be responsible for providing day to day support of HRIS activities such as security administration, delivering on our analytics roadmap, as well as supporting our growth through integrating and onboarding new acquisitions through Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). This role will work closely with the wider HR team to aid in HR initiatives launched via Workday, data analytics and contribution to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Integrating new acquisitions
• Lead project kick off calls for Workday transition
• Work with HRBPs to collate data from Group Company contact
• Data review and validation
• System configurations (e.g. new organisations, compensation plans, absence plans)
• Testing and go-live support with tester training and go-live communications
HRIS Management
• Role assignments and audit security configurations
• Data and Configuration Audits
• Manage data loads and execute mass changes – i.e. data integrity, salary changes, reorganisations etc
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards on Workday including editing existing reports based on customer requirements
BAU support
• Deliver training to colleagues across our ecosystem
• Reviewing and updating training content with the L&D team
• Resolving JIRA requests across our ecosystem
• Work with HRBPs to ensure compliance with local legislation and policies
• Support Workday system updates and implement new HRIS features
Process Improvements
• Documentation of Workday processes
• Review business process condition rules
• Process notifications and optimisations
• 2-4 years experience with Workday configurations (Business Processes, Plans, Security)
• Previous HR experience is desirable or knowledge/experience of HR processes, policies and best practices
• Proactive problem solving and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience with system implementation desirable
• Experience with PowerBI is an advantage
