Responsibilities

1. Brand Localization Strategy

  • Develop and implement brand localization plans to ensure consistent messaging that resonates with local audiences across regions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt brand strategies, campaigns, and content to reflect local cultural nuances and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain localisation guidelines and frameworks to streamline processes and ensure consistency across markets.

2. Localised Plans & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute campaigns that align with local market dynamics, enhancing brand awareness, user loyalty and brand recognition.
  • Oversee and approve localized content to maintain brand integrity, adapt global campaign themes with region-specific content and creativity to maximise impact.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement localisation initiatives effectively to ensure high-quality outputs within deadlines.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for global marketing initiatives, working closely to align objectives, resources, and timelines.

4. Performance Analysis & Market Insights

  • Continuously analyze brand performance and effectiveness across regions to identify improvement areas and capitalize on opportunities
  • Regularly gather and analyse user feedback to identify localisation opportunities and refine brand activities.

5. Global-Local Brand Alignment

  • Lead efforts to harmonize the global brand with local market needs, fostering a cohesive yet locally resonant brand image.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, ensuring alignment in brand positioning, product messaging, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or localisation, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, balancing global strategies with local needs.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple markets and diverse cultural contexts.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
  • Experience in a fintech, e-commerce, or crypto industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
