About This Job

We are seeking a highly organized Affiliate Coordinator & Onboarding Specialist to manage key affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, partner compliance, and performance tracking. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and operational skills to manage affiliate partnerships efficiently.

While the primary focus is on affiliate program management, this role will also support client onboarding operations as needed to facilitate smooth client transitions.

Salary Range:  $ 7.00 - $ 9.00 per hour (PHP 70,000 - 90,000)

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You'll Do

• Affiliate Program Management

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Update and monitor commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
    • Maintain daily performance trackers to monitor key metrics and identify trends
    • Download and prepare performance reports for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) reporting.
    • Perform daily client KPI checks, flagging anomalies to the Account Manager.
  • Partner Management & Communication
    • Manage the partner inbox, responding to inquiries and maintaining clear communication.
    • Request and provide exclusive promotional codes to partners as needed.
    • Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal and client review.
    • Upload offers and promotional assets to affiliate network platforms.
    • Process placement payments to network platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Create and execute monthly newsletters to maintain communication with affiliate partners.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Conduct Promo Code Audits, checking affiliate sites for compliance violations.
    • Perform BrandVerity checks to monitor TM+ infringements and send templated emails to violators.
    • Monitor for fraudulent activities and flag suspicious affiliate behavior.
    • Conduct Competitive Audits to track competitor activity.
    • Perform quarterly FTC compliance audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
    • Review placement creative for accuracy and compliance with brand standards.

• Client Onboarding Support

  • Assist in managing the client onboarding process, including tracking completion of onboarding forms.
  • Support the setup of client accounts in Salesforce, Smartsheet, and ShareASale OPM Account.
  • Request system access and API call increases for new clients.
  • Submit agency handover forms and invite team members to relevant affiliate programs.
  • Help with billing setup, ensuring invoices and financial processes are accurate.
  • Send internal and external kickoff emails for new clients.
  • Assist in managing onboarding follow-ups, such as the 15-day CS leadership email and first-month close email.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
• Advanced experience with affiliate network platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, AWIN, Pepperjam)
• Familiarity with BrandVerity or similar compliance tools
• 1+ year of experience in an agency environment working with multiple clients
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets/Smartsheet proficiency
