Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools (e.g., affiliate networks, social media management tools, Google Analytics). 
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Rakuten, Commission Junction).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring partners meet set KPIs and campaign goals.
  • Support in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, offers, and incentives to affiliates.
  • Maintain and update affiliate databases, tracking links, and performance metrics.
  • Handle affiliate communications, including updates, newsletters, and responses to inquiries. 
  • Identify and engage with influencers aligned with the brands image and target audience.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, contract management, and content collaboration. 
  • Track influencer content performance, ensuring it aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines. 
  • Assist in managing the influencer marketing budget, tracking expenses, and reporting on ROI.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across affiliate and influencer channels. 
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing brand presence and driving conversions. 
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, or other promotional activities involving affiliates and influencers.
