Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. 

 

The Account Executive ensures that all processes, systems, and training initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented, with a focus on achieving performance objectives and maintaining compliance. The Account Executive is responsible for providing ongoing training, support, and administrative assistance to dealership personnel in the F&I department. 

 

How You Will Contribute: 

 

  • Monitor product split ratios and report to the Regional Manager when requested.  

  • Resolve administrative issues as directed by the home office and provide updates on completion.  

  • Keep dealer manuals up to date with necessary documentation such as reports, training materials, and compliance audits  

  • Respond to client and office phone calls 

  • Prepare performance numbers for F&I Meetings. 

  • Update and maintain the MPG Log, including training personnel and adding/removing users. 

  • Notify the Regional Manager of any changes to your Weekly Action Plan.  

  • Provide recap emails for visits and F&I meetings  

  • Assist RM with Business Development surveys  

  • Assist dealership personnel with training enrollments 

 

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 
 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  

  • Proven experience in F&I training and dealership operations. 

  • Ability to train dealership personnel on e-contracting and various carrier websites. 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Familiarity with compliance procedures and the ability to perform audits. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, particularly in organizing and managing group email folders. 

  • Must be fluent in word tracks and have a solid understanding of full menu presentations and objection handling. 

  • Ability to maintain organization and meet deadlines, particularly in managing multiple dealership accounts. 

  • Experience with the implementation of company best practices and procedural updates. 

  • Ability to conduct quarterly compliance audits and maintain F&I performance objectives. 

Pay Range

60,000 - 65,00 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
