  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners, educating them on the benefits of ABA therapy and MeBe’s services.

  • Follow MeBe's outreach workflow by identifying a key point of contact, making initial calls, and sending follow-up emails and assets to establish and build relationships.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Using Monday.com CRM, create and implement targeted email and direct mail campaigns to encourage both existing and new referrers to refer clients to MeBe.

  • Use existing preconfigured assets (e.g., postcards, flyers, email templates) to support campaigns or create new assets adhering to MeBe brand guidelines.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor the performance of various campaign initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

  • Send 1 campaign per region each month to contacts in Monday.com CRM

  • Develop a content calendar aligned with overall marketing strategies and referral goals.

  • Engage directly with the community by commenting or posting on at least 5 ABA family Facebook pages per week.

  • Connect with 100 referral sources on LinkedIn weekly.

  • Post or comment on LinkedIn 3x week.

Online Reputation Management:

  • Implement strategies to grow Yelp reviews and enhance MeBe’s online reputation.

  • Engage with online communities and respond to reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

  • Obtain at least 1 positive Yelp review per region per month.

  • Set campaign goals and KPIs; track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

  • Utilize insights from data to continuously refine lead generation strategies and marketing initiatives.
