About the Job
We are looking for a Product Analyst to strengthen the Truv analytics team. In this role, you will focus on uncovering insights, building a robust BI system, and establishing effective collaboration processes with both product and technical teams. We expect a results-driven and responsible approach, and in return, we’ll do everything to ensure you feel comfortable and engaged in this role.

What You’ll Do
Analyze complex data sets and create clear, insightful reports for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across Truv to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business success.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that give us real-time insights into our performance and help us make informed decisions.
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our data and provide recommendations for action.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product analytics, data analytics, and business intelligence.
Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
Good to have experience with Airflow or other ETL tools.
The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and tell compelling stories with data.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
