Job Description 

Do you have a passion for managing people and helping Renewals & CS business’ drive results through global programs?  

The Veeam Renewals and Customer Success Specialist team is hiring a Manager for the Program Managers mini-team as part of the Global Specialists team to coordinate the team. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to the team and will also oversee the progress of renewals projects.

As part of the role, you will also work with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop efficient strategies and tactics and produce results in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Program managers in the Specialists team
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for every project 
  • Work closely with various teams: Sales operations, reporting, CIS, renewals, sales
  • Develop and control deadlines and activities 
  • Assess change and risk for the operational teams 
  • Analyze and monitor programs performance  
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues 
  • Communicate plans and project changes to stakeholders to make sure everyone stays aligned and works toward business goals  
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years working in key roles within Renewals or Customer Success organizations
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
  • Understanding on key Renewals/Retention/CS challenges
  • Previous track record on innovating and completing complex and strategy shaping projects
  • Outstanding attention to detail - which means deliverables are polished and ready for an executive audience
  • Proven track record of driving projects to conclusion
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams 
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Lean, Six Sigma or others)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Demonstrable experience with analytics and reporting tools.
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate project plans to different stakeholders, keeping people focused on the goal

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range
$106,000$151,400 USD
