About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snowflake & Kafka Engineer with 5–6 years of experience to lead and deliver cutting-edge data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Snowflake, Apache Kafka, and ETL tools, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions and Kafka-based streaming pipelines.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring successful project delivery.
Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data migration and integration projects.
Optimize Snowflake data architecture and Kafka stream processing for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse data sources and ensure seamless data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
