About the role 

 

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Copywriter for a new Omnichannel squad at Greenpark. This is a dedicated role with the primary objective of maximising traffic and brand awareness for a new content production studio for a pharmaceutical company located in Sydney, Australia. 

 

 

What you’ll do 


  • Ensure compliance to local legislation and regulations including company internal policies, ensuring that content development & activities are supported by authentic and up-to-date references 
  • Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable writing skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape  
  • Develop and update content for various commercial assets, with a focus on omnichannel implementation on digital channels (including banner ads, emails, sales rep materials, social media content and websites) – as well as printed material (including posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, leaflets and conference materials) 
  • Work in partnership with the graphic design team (on the needs for copy and content), with the brand and production teams on briefs, workshops and project deliveries 
  • Follow best practices in the department regarding processes, communication (internal and external), project management, documentation and technical requirements such as language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarizing, data conflicts, and referencing 
  • Participating in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirement. 
  • Participating in client calls as per project requirements  
  • Being compliant to quality, confidentiality, and security; adhering to and following quality systems, processes, and policies; and being compliant to training and specifications  

About you 

 

  • Education—M Pharm/BDS/MDS/PhD
  • Minimum 3 years of experience ideally in an agency setting
  • Strong flair and passion for copy writing with strong conceptual and analytical cabilities to understand complex scientific contHave experience in developing promotional and non-promotional content for HCPs and Patients
  • Experience in leading assset reviews with medical legal and regulatory review team to gain approval of promotional materials, claims, and supporting information.
  • Being up to date with the latest technical/scientific developments or therapy areas and relating them to various projects and local guidelines like Medicines code of Australia and NZ
  • Follow best content practices related to MLR review processes, communication (internal and external), project management, documentation and technical requirements such as language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarizing, data accuracies, and referencing
  • Acquaintanece with Veeva Promo mats for submission of documents
  • Detail oriented, well organized and timeline driven with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills  along with stakeholder management
