THE ROLE

You’ll be a core driver of our performance marketing machine, working closely with our internal acquisition team. This isn’t your typical specialist role—it’s dynamic, hands-on, and built for someone who thrives in the thrill of the chase. Think project manager meets creative strategist, all while being knee-deep in data and ad performance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Acquisition & Scaling: Execute high-impact experiments and strategies to acquire customers while slashing CPA.

  • Performance Campaigns: Take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)—from planning to execution and optimization.

  • Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze campaign performance metrics, tweak strategies, and always stay ahead of trends to hit and exceed KPIs.

  • Sales Optimization: Optimize funnels, from landing pages to ads, driving conversion rates to new heights.

  • Collaboration Powerhouse: Work with designers, developers, and video editors to deliver high-performing marketing assets.

  • Innovative Thinking: Don’t just follow the playbook—rewrite it. Use your creativity to build strategies that others wouldn’t dare try.
