About the role:

As a Senior Product Designer at PDF Expert, you will solve customer and business problems and provide additional product value by defining, designing, and maintaining PDF Expert on all platforms (iPadOS, iOS, and macOS), supporting the product development plans and business goals.

In this role you’ll be:

Design intuitive user flows, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces that solve real customer needs.
Conduct user research to drive data-informed product decisions.
Lead product design initiatives that impact strategy and key business metrics.
Develop and implement new product ideas, from concept to launch.
Enhance and scale our design system for consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver impactful solutions.

About you:

5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio (case studies are a plus!).
A creative problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex design challenges.
Exceptional UI & UX skills, with experience bringing products from concept to launch.
A clear communicator who can confidently present ideas and design decisions.
A self-starter, comfortable owning strategic projects and driving impact.
Experience in designing complex products from zero to one or participating in significant product redesigns.
A team player with a positive, collaborative, and innovation-driven mindset.
