Newsec Baltics is the leading full-service property house, with offices in Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn. Newsec team in Latvia is seeking a self-motivated professional to join our company as an Senior Commercial Advisor .

Core responsibilities:

– Commercial real estate brokerage (sale/rent);

– Presentation of real estate objects and consulting of potential clients/investors;

– Harmonization of rent/sales conditions: negotiation, investment analysis and appraisal, searching and reaching of optimal solutions;

– Support of transactions;

– Participation in international conferences and exhibitions;

– Maintenance of client base and established work execution reporting.

Requirements:

– Knowledge of the basic principles of commercial real estate market;

– Developed skills of presentation, attention to details, self-government,

well-bred speech, ambitiousness, ability to handle stress;

– Results-orientation, high work capacities;
