Job Summary: The Vertical Key Account Manager – Healthcare will focus on expanding ADLINK's presence within the healthcare sector by driving sales initiatives and managing key accounts. In this individual contributor role, the manager will identify new business opportunities, tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of healthcare clients, and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in B2B technical solution sales specific to the healthcare industry, a strong grasp of industry challenges, and a proven ability to achieve sales goals while fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following):
Drive sales growth by managing key healthcare accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Set and achieve clear sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
Develop and execute healthcare-specific sales strategies, adjusting to market trends and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market opportunities.
Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to close gaps.
Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, highlighting key wins and opportunities for growth.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in Embedded Technology, or the Medical and Healthcare industries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on vertical markets.
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its unique challenges and growth opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
Salary range: $125,000 base plus commission incentive plan. Salary is based on the individual's skills, qualifications, experience, job grade and geographic location - this is a remote position.
