We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with 4-7 years of experience and a proven history of marketing success. This role is for a hands-on marketer ready to roll-up their sleeves and learn complex messaging for energy management and sustainability solutions across multiple verticals including healthcare, manufacturing, education, agriculture, real estate, and more. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively within a team, this role is responsible for the execution of event and product marketing campaigns. Turn exhibit opportunities, webinars, live streams, and email campaigns into sales pipeline.  


You play a critical role in developing and implementing event marketing strategies that align with overall company goals and revenue objectives. Connect Environ solutions to your event strategy for successful ROI. Plan and organize events to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with prospects, customers, and partners. This is a strategic and tactical position on the Marketing Team that works closely with Channel Partnerships, Sales, and Environ Leadership to deliver successful ROI.   


The idea candidate has a strong marketing background, presentation skills, and demonstrated hands-on experience identifying and altering content to distribute it in multiple formats through various channels including social, website, emails, sales presentations, blogs, collateral, and more. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must. 


This is not a manager role and there are no direct reports.

Successful candidates will possess the following:
  • 5+ years of experience creating marketing campaigns. 
  • Energy and Sustainability market experience preferred. 
  • ABM (Account Based Marketing) practices, targeting ideal customers in multiple B-to-B industries. 
  • Strong fundamentals in Hubspot workflows, emails, landing pages, reports, CTAs. 
  • SFDC skills in campaign management, reports, and Hubspot sync. 
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn live stream delivery preferred. 
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet organizational goals. 
  • Able to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. 
  • Strong writing skills. 
  • Strong Canva skills. 
Requirements

  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Event Planning, Coordination, Logistics 

  • Develop and manage Event Marketing Plan with our Channel Partner Group, Marketing, and Sales. 
  • Coordinate topics and speakers with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Channel Partnerships, Sales, SMEs, and Leadership.  
  • Oversee event registration process, internal attendee communications, feedback loop. 
  • Work with stakeholders for end-to-end Marketing from SFDC campaigns, and lead generation, to budget adherence, opportunity tracking, and ROI. 
  • Remotely coordinate on-site event activities, including setup, registration, signage, shipments, and AV production.  
  • Create and share self-serve processes for on-site Environ attendees to resolve problems as they arise at an event.  

Webinar/Event Program Development 

  • Collaborate with Channel Partnerships and sales to align content with Environ’s objectives for conference speaker presentations, live streams/webinars, booth collateral, giveaways, and other deliverables. 
  • Implement innovative webinar/live stream formats and technologies to enhance attendee experience and interaction.  
  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback from participants, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.   

Product Marketing Campaigns 

  • Understand Go-To-Markets (GTMs) and develop marketing campaigns for lead generation through email, social media, and partner communications. 
  • Create promotional materials such as brochures and digital content to drive event awareness, participation, and lead generation. 
  • Work with groups of stakeholders, including product owners, sales, and marketing to develop successful B2B marketing campaigns that attract new customers for solutions. 
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products and services on the market. 
  • Track all key marketing measurements and report ROI.

The good faith salary hiring range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 per year. Please note hiring ranges for candidates may differ based on education and experience.
