Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for creating efficient processes and thriving in collaborative environments? Do you excel under pressure while balancing competing priorities? If so, we’d love for you to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist!

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in managing sales documentation, including RFPs, CPQ tools, and pricing proposals. Your work will directly empower our sales and customer service managers to negotiate successful contracts and secure new business. Working across departments, you'll collaborate with product specialists, sales managers, finance, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent results.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales documentation process, including creating and managing RFP responses and pricing proposals.
  • Acting as the primary user of the CPQ tool while providing support for other sales engineers managing RFP tools.
  • Managing CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tool to automate pricing proposal generation.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of features and functions for DCI’s flagship product, iCore360®.
  • Collaborating with product specialists and multiple teams to ensure proposals and contracts are accurate and thorough.
  • Organizing proposals, RFPs, and support documents for review by sales managers and leadership.
  • Maintaining DCI’s contract and document imaging databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Supporting senior sales leadership and other management with administrative tasks as needed.

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Experience in the banking industry or familiarity with community banking solutions.
  • Expertise in managing complex workflows involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving, thriving in dynamic work environments where no two days are the same.

Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by reviewing RFP requirements and configuring pricing quotes for prospective clients. You’ll spend time collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine documentation and ensure proposals align with client expectations. Your afternoon might involve updating contract files, fine-tuning CPQ tools, and partnering with the marketing team to prepare for an upcoming trade show. By the end of the day, you'll have made a measurable impact by supporting sales initiatives that drive DCI’s growth.
