Job description

This is a remote position.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media, audience targeting, and performance optimization. You are analytical, creative, and have a proven track record of running successful ad campaigns. Additionally, you have experience in social media management and are comfortable using Hootsuite for scheduling and posting. If you have content creation skills, that would be a plus.

As the Paid Ads Manager, you will provide excellence by:

  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Conducting market research and audience analysis to improve ad targeting and performance.

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics to ensure KPIs are met and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Managing ad budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align paid ads with overall business objectives.

  • Posting and scheduling content on social media platforms using Hootsuite.

  • Creating ad creatives and social media content if capable.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

  • Providing regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.

  • Running A/B tests to optimize ad performance and engagement.


Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our Paid Ads Manager?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • A strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad performance metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with ad management platforms such as Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

  • Expertise in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

  • Experience using Hootsuite for social media scheduling and management.

  • Strong copywriting and ad creative skills (preferred but not required).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Must currently reside in the Philippines.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a full-time, remote role that follows U.S. business hours. Flexibility may be required based on campaign performance and optimization needs.
