Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the pet food market.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
Lead the product development process by translating market insights into actionable product requirements in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
Collaboration On Product Launches
Develop product packaging concepts and oversee branding efforts to resonate with target audiences in partnership with graphics and marketing teams.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to create go-to-market strategies for successful product launches and campaigns.
Monitor product launch performance and implement improvements based on customer and sales feedback.
Product Optimization
Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvements in formulations, packaging, or pricing.
Implement enhancements to existing products based on customer feedback and evolving market demands.
Project Management
Plan and manage product development and launch timelines, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the pet food or FMCG industry.
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Experience collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of pet nutrition or prior experience in the pet industry is a plus factor.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
Experience in packaging design and branding.
