The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Databricks Workflows, Databricks SQL, and PySpark.
Experience in the Payer domain is a plus

Responsibilities : -
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. –
Develop and maintain Databricks Workflows to streamline data processing. –
Utilize Databricks SQL to create and manage complex queries. –
Implement PySpark scripts for data transformation and analysis. –
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. –
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. –
Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and efficiency. - Create detailed documentation for data processes and workflows. –
Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure data quality. - Support end-users with data-related queries and issues. –
Participate in project planning and execution to meet business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. –
Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in Databricks Workflows, Databricks SQL, and PySpark. - Have experience in the Payer domain is a plus. –
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. –
Show proficiency in data governance and security practices. - Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model. –
Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience
