We are looking for a highly organized and creative Community and Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute engaging events that drive community involvement, knowledge-sharing, and team engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for event planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in event planning and coordination (educational, technical, or team-building events).
  • Strong English skills (B2+).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in event management tools (Trello, Miro, MS Workspace, Canva, video editing tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and event success metrics.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and problem-solving mindset.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and host Tech Community Events and Knowledge-Sharing Sessions in collaboration with internal experts.
  • Organize and execute hackathons, tournaments, and special events, managing logistics, materials, judges, and participants.
  • Develop and conduct team-building activities and engagement strategies to foster a strong company culture.
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality event execution.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of event-related gifts and merchandise.
  • Create and publish event announcements and updates, ensuring effective internal communication.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to measure event success and drive continuous improvements.
