Become Our New Digital Marketing Manager!
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role will be to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your work will be crucial in helping our brands expand their reach and performance.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the rest of the marketing team. We work remotely, and ideally you should live in a time zone between GMT+3 to GMT-5. We are so curious to know which new country will be added to our distributed team map! 🌍
What You Will Be Doing:
Here is a list describing the tasks involved in this position (do you happen to like making lists? So do we!)
Strategy, Analysis & Reporting
Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and feedback to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Define and oversee marketing campaign planning, coordinating with other teams for product releases, promotions, and key announcements.
Monitor and optimize marketing costs to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
Measure and report performance across key metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates, retention, etc.)
Customer Acquisition
Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Create, test, and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Develop and manage lead generation flows to attract high-quality prospects.
Customer Retention & Engagement
Understand the customer lifecycle and implement strategies to improve engagement, and retention.
Identify and address customer friction points in collaboration with the Customer Care team.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring proper scheduling, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Enhance customer engagement through optimized email flows, including renewals, cart abandonment, cross-sells and upsells.
