As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the sales team, a key part of the company’s growth.. You are excited about establishing a performance-oriented culture and driving the team towards results. You are an experienced team leader who can provide the support, guidance, and training to recruit, retain and motivate our staff.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

Drive business results:
-Establish and monitor sales objectives for the team, aligning them with company goals. 
-Meet &/or exceed monthly sales performance targets for sales, GWP, and revenue
-Prepare, deliver, and act upon sales performance reports and forecastsImplement sales strategies to increase cross-sell & upsell opportunities to drive increased revenue 

Lead a high-performing team:
-Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales supervisors to improve productivity, adherence, quality, and overall performance against KPI’s
-Analyze performance, process and knowledge gaps across the team and propose actions to drive results
-Actively enhance the team through talent management strategies, including recruiting, coaching and employee development
-Proven ability to  lead successful change management initiatives 

Deliver an excellent customer experience:
-Collaborate with marketing, product, and the customer service team to support new initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience
-Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and ethical standards 

What we are looking for:
-Bachelors Degree Required 
-At least 3+ years experience leading a team of sales supervisors in a performance-driven sales environment
-Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed KPIs through data-driven action plans
-At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial lines 
-Property & Casualty license required
-Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools 
-Experience leading remote and hybrid teams

-Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients, team members and stakeholders
Analytical skills:
-Ability to interpret data, analyze sales trends, and make informed decisions 
Relationship building:
-Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships 
Change Management:
-Leads and supports organizational change by effectively communicating vision, anticipating challenges and fostering adaptability. Develops and implements strategies to drive engagement & support of change initiatives.
Performance Orientation:
-Demonstrates relentless focus on achieving and exceeding goals & consistently delivering high quality outcomes.
-Takes initiative, embraces challenges, and maintains accountability for results while optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
