About your Role: As the Product Marketing Manager you will be a member of the marketing team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that strives to continually test new approaches to improve performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for deeply understanding customer targets, crafting compelling positioning and messaging, and creating omni-channel campaigns to drive enrollment and improving customer experiences, supporting the company’s portfolio of programs. You will act as the strategic connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and other key cross-functional teams. SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns to support one or more of Stride’s key programs. This includes working with stakeholders to deeply understand the target segment, assist in setting strategic objectives, develop effective campaign launch plans, partner with internal or external teams to develop appropriate communications elements for use in multiple on-and off-line channels, and influence opportunities to refine the program roadmap. You’ll also measure the effectiveness and impact while contributing to an ongoing learning agenda through rigorous and agile testing. These programs are Stride’s strategic growth priorities, and thus you will have many opportunities to innovate and make an impact to the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Manage marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing including paid media, digital events, social media, email and search with the goal of customer acquisition and retention
Aggregate, monitor, and analyze program and marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation, to evaluate the effectiveness of program and marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Work with our internal Market Research team to conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with the school leadership and program team to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, and incorporate them into marketing strategies and materials
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling product content and collateral that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our products to target customers.
Develop go-to-market plans by working across MarComm, Demand Generation, Enrollment Ops, and Media Relations
Work with external agencies on crafting and running national, regional, and local marketing campaigns
Work with internal Creative / Dev Teams to create marketing content such as emails, landing pages, lead capture forms and reporting
Develop A/B testing to optimize the product presentation to our target audience
Serve as a credible subject matter expert with a working knowledge of areas of responsibility
Forge strong relationships with internal teams and external organizations
Ensure thorough, timely and accurate stakeholder communications
Assist with new product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and creating launch materials, to ensure successful product introductions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online K-12 education and early professional development, product marketing, and digital marketing, and apply the knowledge to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics.
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. There may be opportunities to supervise and mentor interns.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in product marketing or brand management
Ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis and work independently with a strong bias for action
Highly organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines consistently
Strong growth mindset, able to take in feedback and demonstrate continued growth
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Analytics is strongly preferred, although an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $69,454.50 to $159,300.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
