We are hiring a Channel Manager to drive incremental sales and foster the growing AlgoSec channel ECO-System. In this role, you will work closely with our partners to successfully ensure customer satisfaction and that business goals are met within the territory. 

Reporting to: Regional Sales Director 

Location: Mumbai, India (Home office)

Responsibilities: 

  • Initiate and develop business plans and marketing strategies with our partners (Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators) making sure alignment is reached and mutual goals are met  
  • Establish new strategic partnerships and increase the pipeline through lead generation initiatives 
  • Facilitate sales efforts and become focal point within the assigned territory for all channel requirements  
  • Drive partner enablement and lead generation while collaborating with the regional sales managers to support deal closures through the partner ecosystem 
  • Assist partners with customer presentations and qualify opportunities before handing over to regional sales team to drive further sales closure 
  • Educate partners on the solution portfolio and how to upsell to their existing customer base including continuous enablement of their sales and technical teams 
  • Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure greater reseller engagement and customer satisfaction  
  • Initiate and establish sales engagement with regional partners and large account resellers  
  • Tracking channel partner performance through metrics like revenue recognition, lead generation and implementing strategies to improve underperforming partners 
  • Work within the company culture and value system 
  • Working closely with local RSMs to map prospective accounts 
  • Manage channel conflicts if any 

Requirements

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field 
  • 5 + years of previous proven direct experience in generating qualified opportunities through account planning with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Channels/Partners 
  • Experience in selling B2B SW technology. Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions directly through channels is an added advantage 
  • Track record of success in establishing new strategic partnerships in India region and helping partners in scaling their business revenue 
  • Experience using Salesforce 
  • Self-starter, business-driven, positive and with an energetic attitude   
  • Great communicator, ability to work with various organizational levels and stakeholders  
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota  
  • Strong written and interpersonal communications and presentation skills 
  • English written and verbal skills at a very high level 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
