About the Role

We are currently searching for a Shipping Coordinator.

About Your Responsibilities

• Organizing and ordering domestic and international transport.
• Negotiating transport prices.
• Monitoring and controlling transport orders during their execution.
• Cooperation with the Customs Agency and Customs Offices.
• Customer service in English in connection with deliveries.
• Organizing documents for the customer (ATR, EUR1, certificates of origin).

What You Need

• Project shipping experience.    
• Cross country trade and shipment experience and sending to all location around the world.
• Knowledge of import and export rules and experience dealing with customs globally.          
• Courier/truck/sea/air transport experience.     
• Oversized cargo transport experience – beneficial if also coaster experience.      
• Experience in getting quotes and in negotiating with forwarders and in reaching agreement with them.
• Fluency in English.        
• SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory.
