Job description

We are an iGaming company, founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team consists of over 1000 individuals. Our portfolio includes more than 10 successful brands operating in countries of levels 1-3. We are seeking a talented Email Deliverability Specialist (Middle/Senior) to join our dynamic team.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Delivery Performance Monitoring: Continuous tracking of delivery performance metrics, identifying trends, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Email Compliance Management: Ensuring all email campaigns comply with international laws and regulations.

  • Reputation Management: Maintaining sender and IP reputation, including blacklist management and feedback handling.

  • Collaboration & Strategy: Working closely with marketing and IT teams to align email strategies with best delivery practices. Participating in email campaign planning, providing guidance on setup, content, and timing.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Preparing detailed reports on deliverability metrics, campaign performance, and providing insights for future strategy development.

Experience and background requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience in email marketing or deliverability.

  • Proven case of improving email deliverability metrics and managing email campaigns.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Customer.IO, Sendgrid) and the ability to integrate them into email marketing strategy.

  • Experience with analytical tools (PowerBI, LookerStudio) for email deliverability analysis.

  • Practical experience using warm-up automation systems (Folderly, Warmy) and deliverability auto-testing tools.

  • Proficiency in monitoring and diagnostic systems (Inbox placement tests, blacklist monitoring, etc.).

    Technical Knowledge

    Functional Knowledge

  • Email Authentication Protocols: Deep understanding of SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance).
    Ability to configure and troubleshoot authentication errors (DNS misconfigurations, missing signatures, policy mismatches).

  • Email Deliverability Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in using deliverability tools and platforms (e.g., Warmy, GlockApps, W3C, mail-tester, mailmeteor) to monitor inbox placement, assess spam risks, and check blacklist status.
    Knowledge of Email Service Providers (ESP) and technical factors affecting email deliverability across different platforms.

  • Email Infrastructure: Understanding of email infrastructure components such as dedicated vs. shared IPs, IP warming strategies, and their impact on sender reputation.
    Technical knowledge of email campaign setup, including DNS configuration and the role of reverse DNS in email deliverability.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze deliverability data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights from metrics such as open rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints.
    Proficiency in analytics tools to generate reports and visualizations that track deliverability performance over time.

Business expertise

  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR and other local regulations; understanding of data privacy rules.
    Ability to adapt campaigns to different jurisdictions and comply with provider requirements.

  • Email Marketing Strategies: Awareness of how deliverability impacts overall email marketing ROI.
    Use of segmentation, personalization, and relevant content to enhance engagement and inbox placement.

  • Reputation Management: Development of strategies to maintain and improve sender reputation.
    Understanding of blacklist/whitelist ecosystems and effective delisting processes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
    Experience in training teams on email marketing best practices.
